Batten Roofing Systems

The Snap Batten System brings the benefits of machine-seamed panel technology to batten-seam roofing. Battens are attached securely with locking clips – no worries about them blowing off in high winds. In any case, building contents are never at risk, because battens are merely "add-ons". Underneath is a true machine-seamed standing seam roof with all its roof integrity and positive weathertightness. Wherever concealed gutters, or a "fold-under look", are desired, batten covers or "knuckles" are easily installed.

Seams require machine closing, by either hand or power seamer, available from ULTRA SEAM on a job-rental basis. Both machine-seaming and batten installation can be done either individually, after each panel is laid, or at one time after all panels are in place. Wherever a batten roof is required, Snap Batten System is the answer.
The US-100 has a rib height of 1". The US-150 has a rib height of 1.5"
The US-200SS has a rib height of 2"
